Katie and I are two sisters and mothers who started a shop in 2020 called Ivory Cradle. After scammers took our name and new ideas inspired us for a rebrand, we built Ray Play. It’s January. And if it’s anything like last January, it will last for half the year. Especially if you live in cold climates, it’s extremely difficult to keep toddlers entertained all winter. They are too young to go to school, yet old enough to ransack the entire house in a day.

Each Christmas my mother wrapped 25 picture books and placed them under the tree. Starting on Dec. 1st, we would unwrap one each night and my mother would read it to us. A few of you asked for some recommendations on some children Christmas books. So, I'm going to share my top 10 books that we read growing up.
